Continue reading »]]> Our company was founded in April 1990 – as soon as the political circumstances allowed the private companies to exist – by people who had been involved in the machine tools business (licenses’ purchase, design and production, foreign trade, technical assistance, a.s.o.) – for about thirty years at that moment.

After an eight-year activity of machine tools export, the shareholders of our company bought, in 1998 – together with an Italian partner – the factory “TITAN MACHINE TOOLS” in Bucharest, Romania, from the State Ownership Found.
This factory started its activity during the sixties as manufacturer of mechanical components for machine tools, being a part of the entire “I.M.U.A.B.”, which had exported by 1990 more than five hundred vertical borers and had produced more than 4,000 horizontal borers of which over six hundred were exported in USA only.

Our experience and background represent the solid assets that we rely on, aiming at a regular program of deliveries of reliable and competitive machine tools, all over the world.
